After a rewarding and challenging career in digital, print and broadcast media. I left my career after the sale of the company that I helped build. Much of my career has been in Change Management. My responsibilities included the integration of new acquisitions as well as working with the previous owners to take the business to the next level.

My coaching clients include start-up founders, entrepreneurs, and mid-level executives, in all types of organizations. I am committed to advising thoughtful business and career strategy, solid decision making, and creative problem-solving. I am honored to help clients reach sustainable, and positive change.

My coaching is fueled by a passion to understand the human element of business. In two decades of working with people, I have learned that emotional intelligence is as important as understanding finance, marketing, sales, and operations. You can have the most impressive plan to meet your challenges, but if your organization does not understand the mission, and what will be required of them, they will not engage in the new direction, costing you time and money. Working with clients to develop this ability has increased their responsiveness to their organization and capacity to effectively navigate critical business dilemmas. Together, we achieved solid results with turnarounds, significant growth in revenue and profit as well as progress and strengthening the organization’s relationships inside and outside. Business owners, managers, entrepreneurs, and individuals use periodic coaching to understand how they can lead their company to greater financial performance.
